Is Yoga a religion?

No, yoga itself is not a religion. It can be religious, but we will not be covering any topics related to religion. For our yoga classes, we will not tie in any religious topics. We focus on breath control to calm the mind and body, mindfulness and concentration, and postures for physical fitness and body awareness. Our yoga classes are a lot of fun and give children the opportunity to use their imaginations when creating their own animal poses and playing yoga games. Making fitness fun creates a lifelong love of physical movement.
